TECH PLANTER in MALAYSIA 2019 Information Session Completed Its Round!


Leave a Nest Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is opening the application for TECH PLANTER in MALAYSIA 2019 until 7th June 2019.

TECH PLANTER is an ultimate real-tech startup platform and a seed acceleration program specifically designed for entrepreneurs and researchers who utilize the power of science and technology to change the world. The program started in Japan in year 2014 and now has expanded to UK, US and six ASEAN countries including Malaysia.

Information Session at 6 Locations

Leave a Nest Malaysia members have worked together with universities and research institution to host TECH PLANTER Information Session at their campus in our effort to bring this program closer to potential applicants and to introduce our vision for TECH PLANTER.

  • 2 free mentoring sessions for finalists before the Demo Day.
  • Grand Winner will receive JPY300,000 with round trip airfares and accommodation in Singapore for 2 team members to pitch in TECH PLANTER Asia Pacific round.
  • Outstanding projects by incorporated startups stand a chance to be considered for prototyping fund worth up to USD50,000 with Japan Super Factories.

Ida*rahayu Ayob. Master in Technology and Innovation Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She completed her first degree in Information Technology (majoring in Artificial Intelligence). Prior to joining Leave a Nest Malaysia, she had served a government agency and actively involved in bridging programs between the academia and industry, train-the-trainers, national scholarship and also research encouragement funds in new technology. She's an industry advisor for several universities and regulatory bodies in Malaysia. At Leave a Nest Malaysia, Idarahayu is with the Strategy Development Division. She's on the lookout for new corporate partners and responsible in expanding real-tech seed acceleration program and its ecosystems.
