Electronic Nose Co. Ltd., one of the finalist teams in TECH PLANTER in Thailand in 2016, was selected for Global Connection by METI and CEATEC

Electronic Nose Co. Ltd. (Mahidol University) , one of the finalist teams in TECH PLANTER in Thailand in 2016, was selected for one of the 10 ventures of business matching program called Global Connection sponsored by Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies (CEATEC).

Global Connection is an even, where a solution-matching event will be held between selected venture companies and IoT Acceleration Lab members. METI and IoT Acceleration Lab will invite companies leading advanced IoT projects in India, Israel, and the ASEAN region to participate in this event.  Electronic Nose is taking a part of this program including training seminars and presentation sessions to Japanese companies.

Electronic Nose Co. Ltd. is a venture company headed by researchers in Mahidol University, Thailand.  Their core technology is an odor analysis tool developed based on mammalian mechanism of sense of smell. This tool can be used to detect malodor or specific odor in different areas of industries, such as food, cosmetic, agriculture, environment and healthcare.  In addition, this technology can be applied to wearable devices such as clothes, shoes, and also to environmental monitoring devices combining with field station, drones and unmanned surface vehicles.  

Leave a Nest will continue to search for passionate entrepreneurs and seeds for innovation in academia throughout the world, and assist them to maximize the value of science and technology.
