Leave a Nest will hold Okinawa food tasting event in Singapore


We, Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. is holding an Okinawa food tasting event in Singapore. With a sponsorship from Okinawa’s local government, this time to Singapore, we are bringing tasty Okinawa sweets and dishes.

This project aims to understand food culture and market in Singapore, and to promote Okinawa foods to global market. Leave a Nest, as a group of scientists conduct this research to examine the secret of taste and how “tasty” is different in different countries.

前田 里美/ Satomi Maeda 国際開発事業部 Ph.D., Wright State University, Dayton, OH. Psychology (Human Factors & Industrial Organizational Psychology). My doctoral research was about visual attention on dual task situations. While working on doctoral research, I was also working as an academic advisor for undergraduate program in Psychology engaging in academic counseling, holding seminars and evaluating undergraduate curriculum. After joining Leave a Nest, worked on overseas training program development, write and edit career magazine. Currently a general manager in Global Platform Development Division, mainly working on training program development for youth leaders and teachers in Japan and the world.
