We, Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. is holding an Okinawa food tasting event in Singapore. With a sponsorship from Okinawa’s local government, this time to Singapore, we are bringing tasty Okinawa sweets and dishes.

This project aims to understand food culture and market in Singapore, and to promote Okinawa foods to global market. Leave a Nest, as a group of scientists conduct this research to examine the secret of taste and how “tasty” is different in different countries.

前田 里美/ Satomi Maeda 国際開発事業部 Ph.D., Wright State University, Dayton, OH. Psychology (Human Factors & Industrial Organizational Psychology). My doctoral research was about visual attention on dual task situations.
